Many of these pubs are historic, well established public houses, popular with both locals and tourists alike, situated in some of the South Wests quaintest villages. The brief is to extend their outdoor dining offer and provide a comfortable, quality, people focused spaces while simultaneously considering limitations with their space, kitchen capacity and planning!

Each pub brings with its own unique set of characteristics and constraints, therefor an intensive set of feasibility designs were required along with estimated budget figures for each pub in order to make the most of the proposed end design.

For some it is a simple timber pergolas and clever use of outdoor lighting, while others will look to push the boat out and go for a more comprehensive multi-functional design solution with dining pods, all weather timber structures, tiered landscaping and a smoke house!
