Commissioned to undertake the project management services for the fit-out of a number of Osprey London stores throughout the UK including the Flagship Osprey Home Store located in St Albans, Hertfordshire. The project management role consisted of cost estimation including agreeing on final contract sums, project planning & procurement, overseeing the manufacture of bespoke fixtures & fittings and on-site alterations to existing buildings to allow fit-out works to be executed right through to final signoff and handover.

The majority of the store fit-outs were located in new and existing units requiring shell and core fit-out, however, each retail premise was required to follow a similar set of design principles based on a set retail brand identity guidelines. The St Albans unit however posed additional challenges as it was to be housed in a complex of traditional barns surrounding a central courtyard. The works on site were more complex and required extensive on-site management overseeing the alterations including new entranceway, new floor finishes and complete decoration works to prepare the space for the fit-out of the bespoke fixtures and fittings. All of the Osprey London retail projects were handed over to the client on time and to the agreed budget.
